Here at last was a good day of training as if it were not for some time :-)
morning swim 45 'bottom and a bit slow' sun legs
afternoon race:
10'wu at 5:30
12x400 with 1 and 30 at 3:59 rec
10 '5-cd
finished the race stretching and a few weights in the gym (like twenty minutes :-)) then plugs away at home to eat a super steaks with potatoes :-)
yesterday we were all :-)
