I am back from 4 days in London where I have literally worn a pair of shoes to walk to the sound (and my poor back paid pledge ed.)
However all is well! weather, holidays, hotel ... in short, everything ok!
returned Friday night, Saturday morning I went out on the bike for a 60km time trial of pure plain scary ... a wind that made me go to 30 times per hour and sometimes 45 per hour.
cmq The average output was quite high.
Saturday evening serata in hard alcohol (after a life that did not go), Sunday morning I awoke with a slight headache (OVVIO!!) But I managed to get me my workout cmq long (21km ) to 5 km at the end ... so I do not have vacation ste then weakened more much!
