Montello on Saturday out in biking and I also found Beppe (Pantani said the striking resemblance to Mark), we did Mostaccini together and good Beppe (thankfully) was going out of shape ... on what really better than me: - / But on the plain
I almost pulled the whole time ... which are nothing more :-) passistone

Last night, fortunately, a workout as it should be done on foot (the leg pain on Tuesday has passed).

then an hour of spin and at home.

Although the leg last night ran fine I'm getting more and more 'convincing you NOT to do the Marathon TV, that is ... I mean ...
Sunday should do the 32km walk, then spin during the week every night + three times between gag / toning rebound and now, if God does not want I should also go swimming (it's a life that does not go there) twice week and to run three times a week and cycling at least once .... and when the fuck ?!?!? recovery

We talked about what is right in the morning coffee with a colleague of mine (great marathoner Ed), according to him there are tables for runners who do not have recovery days.
I think it's crazy ... even I would put in a week two days of full recovery, especially if you train with some consistency to power.

never recovered is crazy ... you can certainly do it for two, maximum three weeks ... and then?!
