How To Congratulate For Expecting

and recovery?!?!


Last night, fortunately, a workout as it should be done on foot (the leg pain on Tuesday has passed).
Here's the menu:

1.5 km at 5:30
7km 4:40
1 , 5km at 5:30

then an hour of spin and at home.

Although the leg last night ran fine I'm getting more and more 'convincing you NOT to do the Marathon TV, that is ... I mean ...
Sunday should do the 32km walk, then spin during the week every night + three times between gag / toning rebound and now, if God does not want I should also go swimming (it's a life that does not go there) twice week and to run three times a week and cycling at least once .... and when the fuck ?!?!? recovery

We talked about what is right in the morning coffee with a colleague of mine (great marathoner Ed), according to him there are tables for runners who do not have recovery days.
I think it's crazy ... even I would put in a week two days of full recovery, especially if you train with some consistency to power.

never recovered is crazy ... you can certainly do it for two, maximum three weeks ... and then?!
begin the first physical flaws (contractures, joint pains etc etc), not to mention the immune system that tends to wreak havoc!
