Saturday am not able to go out bike (due to time / wish / tiredness etc etc etc!) ergo I went out yesterday morning eating two pancakes with two cream + toast!
100km on Montello with Marco Vecchi +3 times the holy Amri and fine victories in the "rump".
Oh ... I did not feel the chain ... I went up like a ferret!
you should understand why the group going like a train and still others are like a mule!?!?
Come back OVVIAMNETE crisis of hunger from 80 th to 100 km .... stuff I faint in the street ... even though I eat so little ... before you leave!
