Tuesday while icing on the cake as I am made a 100 km on Montello .... so nothing earth-shattering ... so much to like.
and spin off the evening at home.
were rebound and spin (a little 'tired but I would blow!) And this morning a good morning swim!
Why the post title "reality show" ...
Lately I'm getting sick of a realtime (channel on digital terrestrial television, where programs are idiots, like the fake notes 28 000 pounds but that make me crazy ... like sell the house or kitchen desperately horrors etc etc etc).
Here I got a wonderful idea, next year I'd take a wretch in the gym and put him to death to make it physically difficult to accept, or take a pseudo-sport and try to improve its performance sports ... obviously putting all the data / movies / photos on the net.
I think I can not find anyone willing to do it ... but the idea was.
