Here I am five days at home for the deck of 17 March and a couple of days of layoff (what a shame the company!).
Thursday (celebration of the unification of Italy) will ride a bike in the middle of the half-flooded countryside of the Venetian ...
really seemed to ride in a country devastated by storms .... all the ditches overflowed and flooded half the countryside!
But still, it rains for three days and all I'm disaster?! 2012 we arrivandooooooo!

Yesterday (Friday) I gave last rites to my dear and old washing machine and I had to shoot a few stores in search of a worthy substitute, ergo no training.
morning foot race; FUCK THAT FAG!
Linus The other day on radio deejay said that muscles have memory.
Well ... I must have my little because we do not run in three days you are forgotten all logic .... the race looked like a monk and not tell you the effort.
To meet the friend who asked me what are the features that make me choose one over another IM.
you put them in order of importance:
- fifth-place difficulties in the path (they are all more or less similar, Lanzarote is certainly deadly, but the others are almost equal)
- 4 post-race "noble" (well-honed to a race already is better but is not essential, in the sense if they did an IM tomorrow in Venice I would do it even if for the first edition :-))
- third-place money away (Zurich costs more than Austria, England costs more than Germany, USA impractical etc etc etc)
- 2 place-place and distance to my house (I did four times Austria will not because I like it too but why in 3 hours drive we arrive, to be inappropriate for the Next year they should do an IM in Puglia in Italy I would not go just to do 800 km in the car!)
- a post-event date (I could never train well in winter and then a race in early May for example. My best time to compete in an IM sarebe end of August, so I would have all summer to make nice long walk and bike.)
